Booking Process
Experience the difference
I believe that every couple deserves to fall in love with not only their wedding photos, but also their entire photography experience.
With my hands-on, organized approach, I take the stress out of planning timelines, navigating family formals, and everything in-between. My goal is to make you feel comfortable and confident, so that you can put your worries to rest and focus on the things that matter most.
Step 1: Consultation
After your initial inquiry, I usually set up a call to get to know each other and go over the preliminary details of your big day. We'll also go over my packages and pricing. I’ll walk you through the different options, what’s included, and help you figure out what might be the best fit for your day.
Step 2: Contract & Quote Review
I'll draft a quote and contract and send them to you to review and sign. You will have (7) days to return them to me and another (3) to pay your deposit. Once your deposit and contract are received, your wedding is booked and your date is locked in.
Step 3: Questionnaire
After your booking is official, I will send you my wedding questionnaire to fill out. This helps me get to know you better and understand what your expectations are so that I can develop a strategic plan for your wedding day.
Step 4: Timeline & Shotlist
About 4-6 weeks before your wedding, we'll schedule another call to go over the full timeline and create a shot list for your family portraits.
Step 5: Your Wedding Day
The prep work is done and all the plans are in place— the only thing left now is the execution. Your job is to relax and soak it all in. My job is to find all the best photo opps—whether it’s guiding you through the perfect portrait or catching the adorable unfiltered moments.
Step 6: Receive your Photos
The last step is the most fun of all—relish in all your amazing photos! Oh, and don't forget to ask about my photo albums!
